Recognition for outstanding training programmes
Cologne, 20 November 2024 – As in the previous year, the BPM&O Academy has been awarded the German Education Award 2024/2025 in the category “Project and Process Management Training”. The German Institute for Service Quality and the news channel ntv honour the most popular training providers in 54 categories with this award. The award is based on a comprehensive consumer survey with over 38,000 votes cast.
Education plays a crucial role in our society, as it promotes personal development as well as economic and democratic aspects. The range of the offered educational programmes is correspondingly diverse and tailored to different age groups and target groups. The German Education Award recognises the most sought-after institutions and companies for their outstanding achievements from a consumer perspective.

The willingness to recommend is also high, which was rated positively by around 80 per cent of those surveyed. ”

The survey, which was representative of the population and conducted via an online panel, analysed customer satisfaction with non-state education providers in the areas of value for money, range of services and customer service. Numerous individual aspects were taken into account, such as costs, services, quality and benefits of the services/portals/products, scope and range of services, availability and reliability, contact options and responses to customer enquiries in terms of advisory expertise and friendliness. Consumers’ willingness to recommend the company to others was also factored into the overall result.
The BPM&O Academy was able to convince in the areas of offer, price-performance ratio and customer service.
