Berlin | 02.11.2023 The BPM&O Academy is the winner of the German Education Award 2023/2024 in the category ‘Further training in process and project management’.
Successful process management and efficient process optimisation do not only take place in flowcharts, but also in the minds of people and the way they organise themselves. As the only academy in Germany that focuses entirely on process-orientated corporate management in its training courses, we were able to convince our customers of our expertise.
The ‘German Education Award’ was presented yesterday evening by the German Institute for Service Quality and the news channel ntv at the Bertelsmann Representative Office in Berlin. (Broadcast note: ntv Startup Magazin, Saturday, 04.11.2023, 10:30 am).
Education is of central importance in society. The range of educational programmes for different age groups and target groups is correspondingly diverse. Every year, the German Education Award honours the most popular institutions and companies in this sector.

The survey, which was representative of the population, analysed customer satisfaction with non-state education providers in the areas of value for money, range of services and customer service. The overall result also included consumers’ willingness to recommend the provider to others. Respondents were only able to rate one company per category that they had been in contact with or whose services or products they had used in the last twelve months. A total of 33,242 votes were received. 415 providers received ratings; 345 companies and organisations that achieved at least 80 consumer opinions were included in the analysis.
