This seminar explores key analytical methods used throughout the continuous improvement process and shows you how to identify weaknesses, analyse root causes and systematically integrate ideas for improvement into your daily work.

This seminar offers you the opportunity to deepen and expand on the analytical methods taught in the Operational Process Management (OPM) seminar or in comparable training courses in the Lean or Six Sigma context.
