BPM&O wins special eLearning AWARD for “Process orientation through competence development”

eLearning as the key to successful process orientation

Cologne, 17.12.2024 – BPM&O GmbH is pleased to announce that the project “Process orientation through competence development” has been honoured with the eLearning Journal’s special eLearning Innovation award. The award underlines BPM&O’s innovative strength in the field of digital training and recognises the development of learning formats that specifically promote skills for process-oriented work.

The award-winning project focuses on interactive and flexibly customisable eLearning modules that are geared towards the individual learning needs of specialists and managers. The aim is to empower process-orientated roles with practical learning journeys in order to successfully shape transformations in dynamic working environments.

Innovative learning journey for sustainable skills development

BPM&O’s eLearning programme combines theoretical knowledge with practical application and thus ensures that process-oriented working methods are firmly established. Modular content, short knowledge nuggets and interactive elements such as quizzes and reflection questions actively involve participants and enable them to apply what they have learnt directly in their day-to-day work.

A particular focus was placed on role-specific learning journeys that can be used flexibly and regardless of location. The barrier-free design and the adaptability of the modules to different target groups and sectors make the concept particularly versatile and future-orientated.

The eLearning Special AWARD recognises BPM&O’s outstanding performance in the field of process-oriented learning. We would like to thank the jury of the eLearning Journal for this special award and see this as an incentive to continue developing innovative learning solutions in the future.
