Cologne, February 20, 2025 – The BPM&O Academy has been awarded the prestigious German Service Award 2025 in the continuing education category. The award by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) and the news channel ntv confirms the Academy’s outstanding service quality and its consistent focus on the needs of participants.
The German Service Award is based on a comprehensive analysis of numerous independent studies, customer surveys and social media data. In the overall assessment, 2,160 companies were examined and analyzed for service criteria such as online service, telephone advice, on-site support and customer satisfaction.
